A small residential complex of incredible houses in a closed hotel resort with permanent surveillance is located a few kilometres from Tossa de Mar very close to Sant Feliu de Guixols. During summer season one can find any kind of services and activities in the complex such as a supermarket, a restaurant, a gym, tennis courts, a swimming pool, a disco, a bar, etc. including a direct bus to Tossa de Mar leaving every 30 minutes.
The house has all the advantages of a resort, although located in a private property with a 2,600 square-metre parcel with two independent houses, one of which is divided into two apartments. The idea was to create a place where three families could live independently.
All the houses of the area were constructed with the use of natural stone creating a solid style of the properties of the area perfectly blending in the rocky landscape on the edge of a cliff.
The location of the land and the houses is extraordinary, close to Cala Giverola cove which gave name to the residential complex with 180-degree sea views. One of the houses has views of a marina and a beach nearby.
The houses were built in a rustic Mediterranean style. Their state is very good, although an interior renovation would make it even better.
The interior of the houses has a singular circular space distribution designed for enjoying the views, especially from the terraces.
