In 2008 its owner completely rehabilitated it. Originally made of brick, the style was completely changed to create unique and different spaces inside. The original wooden beams were supported by steel beams that supported the structure and gave greater solidity. All the large art-deco mosaic windows have been restored by hand. As well as the cleaning and restoration work that was done with the hydraulic tiles, which were used again to maintain the classic style, despite installing wooden floors in some areas of the house.
