The apartment is located near the beach in the area of narrow streets typical of Catalan towns. Once having occupied a place in the upper area in the mountains, a couple of kilometres from the beach, the village has developed and grown till the coastal area. It is a town with its place in the history of the Mediterranean.

The building where the apartment is located is completely new. There are only four flats on each floor. The first floor compensates its lack of height with a big interior terrace of 80 square metres. All the flats of the building present the same arrangement of the interior space and the same orientation towards the sea with the corresponding terrace-balcony.

The apartment has three spacious and light bedrooms with built-in wardrobes.The main bedroom has a private bathroom.

The living room, the dining room and the kitchen form an open diaphanous space which is quite big to fit all the necessary elements in it.
