The property is placed in the first line of the sea and has a direct exit to the seafront promenade, with entrance from a private square with few neighbours.

Platja d’Aro is one of the best beaches on the Costa Brava, famous for the golden sand, crystal-clear water, incredible range of restaurants and all kind of infrastructures.
