The house is located very close to Canyelles cove in a small residential complex in front of Tortuga cove in a very quiet area facing the Mediterranean.

Lloret de Mar is characterised by its incredible beach and the ability to attract tourists to the Costa Brava year after year. Apart from being a famous bustling vacational area, the Costa Brava is a unique place with a mountain where in quiet hidden spots buidings blend in with the nature. Amazing views can be enjoyed from the windows and terraces of such buildings.

The house is situated on a land of 900 square metres with the best location which evokes sensation of the house being a peninsula. It is elevated on a terrain situated higher than the neighbouring buildings, nothing obstructs the view and the closest houses appear to be invisible. This house is like an island in the sea.

The house was recently constucted, less than 15 years ago. However, it was built and designed in the style of a typical traditional Catalonian house.
