The house is situated in a centric area of Gava Mar very close to la Avenida del Mar. It is not a typical townhouse since it does not belong to common residential complexes of the area. The interior part of the garage leads to the laundry room with an exterior window which has a gas boiler for hot water and a water softener.

It is a large and comfortable house with a private garden and a spacious terrace. The property is very light due to its large windows. The house was renovated 15 years ago. During the renovation all the electrical and water installations were changed.
