The house is situated in a centric area of Gava Mar very close to la Avenida del Mar. It is not a typical townhouse since it does not belong to common residential complexes of the area. The residential complex has three townhouses constructed on a parcel of about 2,000 square metres which is why it has more land than the majority of the townhouses in the area.
The structure of the house is similar to that of the majority of the townhouses in Gava. The ground floor which is accessed from the street accommodates a living-dining room with two enormous glass doors on the north and the south walls which is why it has lots of light all year long. The north glass door leads to a small balcony above the garage entrance; the south glass door leads to a spacious terrace at the same level with enough space for an outdoor table. Through this terrace going down the stairs one can enter a patio with a shower and a barbecue area. It is an ideal place to install a private swimming pool in the garden without causing inconvenience to the neighbours since it is the only house of the residential complex which does not have a swimming pool meanwhile the two neighbours have it. The ground floor has access to the kitchen with a south-oriented window.
The upper floor of the house accommodates the bedrooms. There are three spacious bedrooms in total. The first bedroom has a built-in wardrobe, a double bed and space for a table and a TV. The second bedroom is the master bedroom which is why it is the biggest bedroom in the house and has a private bathroom. This bedroom has exit to a terrace with a spiral staircase leading to the rooftop. The next bedroom is a bit smaller than the other two. Next to it there is another spacious bathroom with an exterior window.
The basement floor accommodates another room with a window looking out on to the interior patio which is used as an office at the moment. The garage is spacious and has enough room for two cars. The interior part of the garage leads to the laundry room with an exterior window which has a gas boiler for hot water and a water softener.
It is a large and comfortable house with a private garden and a spacious terrace. The property is very light due to its large windows. The house was renovated 15 years ago. During the renovation all the electrical and water installations were changed.
