Exceptional house in Bellamar residential complex in Castelldefels

Located between Barcelona and Sitges, Castelldefels has become an ideal place for a comfortable life. The town is surrounded by mountains and has one of the best beaches on the Catalonian coast. Castelldefels is situated just twenty minutes from Barcelona.

The house is located four hundred metres from the beach in the area known as Bellamar, one of the quietest residential areas of Castelldefels above the C32 motorway leading to Barcelona and Tarragona passing Sitges, which makes Castelldefels an excellently communicated place with the airport situated just fifteen minutes away by car.

The house was constructed in 2005 with excellent taste and design, it has been very well preserved. All the bedrooms and living-rooms of the house are surrounded by windows that provide lots of light. It is a pleasant and welcoming environment to relaxation and comfort.

The house is surrounded by a garden with trees and shrubs, there is a swimming pool in the rear part and a covered terrace that can be entered from the living-room and the kitchen. Upon entering the house, on the ground floor one will find a hallway, a staircase leading to the upper floor, a camouflaged door leading to the garage, a kitchen and a living room. The living-room is very big, it has space for several sofas in front of a chimney and a separated dining space. A modern and spacious kitchen has a u-shaped cooking isle. The kitchen is also connected with the garage and the laundry and storage room. The floor also has a one of the rooms with a proper bathroom apart from another unique 3-wall room with a chimney.

The rest of the rooms are distributed over the upper floor. The main bedroom has a wardrobe, a private bathroom and exit to a terrace. Other two double bedrooms have built-in cupboards and access to a big shared bathroom with two entrances, two sinks and the corresponding mirrors. The shower and bathroom area is separated from the rest of the bathroom with a door. The last bedroom of the floor is the smallest one, yet double with a private bathroom.

The house is equipped with natural gas heating in all of the rooms, an alarm system, a closed parking for two cars and a totally equipped kitchen.
