Spectacular spacious house.

This spectacular spacious recently built house is located in a town called Cabrils. It is a small town on the so-called Costa de Barcelona that includes all those coastal towns to the north and to the south of the capital of Catalonia. It is a very visited place thanks to its good Mediterranean climate with mild temperatures in winter and hot summer weather.

Although Cabrils is situated a few kilometres from the coast, the house has direct sea views. One of the advantages of the distance from the coast is bigger privacy and welcoming atmosphere of those residential areas and lands surrounded by pine and oak forests characteristic of the hills of the Catalan Coastal Range.

The house consists of two floors.

• The house consists of two floors and a basement with a multifunctional room with jacuzzi area and access to the garage for several cars. All the floors in the house are connected with the help of an elevator and a staircase.
• At the entrance of the house there is a spacious hallway with big and elegant cabinets on the left and sliding doors on the right that lead to a spacious and light living-dining room with two big glass doors that let us see the swimming pool and the sea.
• Thanks to the location of the house, we can enjoy the sun all day long as it enters the windows of almost every room.
• The basement floor can be entered from the hallway or from the living-dining room leading to a big kitchen with a big worktop in the centre of it. There is also a suite with a private bathroom.
• The upper floor is occupied by bedrooms. There are two big suites with private bathrooms, one of which has a private wardrobe, and three individual rooms, one of which could be converted into an office.

The house is surrounded by a garden and terraces preceding it.

For some years all the residential areas on the nothern coast of Barcelona have become a very demanded and exclusive destination for permanent residence or for having vacations. One of the most important highways, known in Catalonia as el corredor del Mediterráneo, goes very close to the property, it leads to the capital of the region in less than half an hour.
