About the house

This house is located in the seaside town of Gava on the territory of private urbanization, consisting of 11 neighbours. Its area is 240 m2, it consists of 4 floors (3 residential and underground). It has 5 bedrooms (4 of which are en-suite) and 5 bathrooms.

On the ground floor, there is a large living room with access to its own garden. The garden is hidden behind a hedge, so it is completely private. From the garden, you can get to the communal pool and gardens, and through the gate of the house to the sea. You have almost a private beach on the territory of urbanization.

On the ground floor of the house, there is also a kitchen, a bathroom and an area with built-in wardrobes. The kitchen of the house is equipped with all the necessary appliances for comfortable and pleasant cooking.

On the second floor, there are 2 en-suite master bedrooms with their own bathrooms. One of them has access to a terrace with a view of the sea. While being there, you can hear the melody of the waves. The second bedroom has a dressing room and a bathroom. There is also a working space adjacent to this bedroom.

On the top floor, there are 2 more bedrooms. One of them is an en-suite with its own bathroom and a terrace which, like on the previous floor, overlooks the sea. The second bedroom on this floor is smaller.

There is a garage on the underground floor. Also, there are 2 half-closed parking spaces outside.

Zone

Gava is a coastal town located 20 minutes from Barcelona. It has everything you need for a comfortable life: an abundance of shops, bars and restaurants. Transport connections are also very well developed, and there are convenient exits to highways leading both towards Barcelona and El Prat airport and in the opposite direction of the coast to Castelldefels and beyond. Whether you have a car or not, you can easily reach your destination.

Gava is also famous for its schools. For example, here are the British College of Gava, and many other educational institutions, both private and public.
