There were significant urban planning restrictions on the plot, and the owner wanted to use the entire area suitable for construction, but giving the building a more human scale and reducing its impact on the environment. Thus, a base is proposed on which two equal but different volumes are located. To emphasize the individuality of each design, different materials are used, and each interior space correlates with its own exterior. At the same time, there are fluctuations between unity and duality, between the diverse and the identical.
