Spectacular completely reformed Masia in Alella

The country house is located in one of the most charming towns of Maresme, well known for its history and tradition, which includes a long winemaking history since the time of the Roman Empire.

Just a few kilometres from the city of Barcelona Allela converted into a popular place for many persons who need the proximity to a big city while having opportunity to have a rest in a green environment with the sea in front and the mountain behind. Moreover, in this town there is one of the most outstanding and exclusive international schools in the area, offering people living north of Barcelona the possibility to educate their children without having to go to the city every day.

The first stones that form the walls of the Masia were laid in the 13th century, so this country house has a very long history. Although the yard and the walls were reconstructed in the middle of the 19h century when it was surrounded by vineyards.

Besides the remarkable size and the modern interior, the Masia has some more elements that make it more exclusive. The plot has two entrances, from different streets, thanks to the corner position. The surface area is two thousand square meters. We find an incredible swimming pool, garden and a parking space there. Moreover, the house and two neighbouring buildings share communal areas where we find a tennis court, a 25 meters swimming pool, a large garden and more parking spaces for three cars.

The house has two separate entrances, one on the north side that leads to the living room and the other on the south side, which was the original and historical entrance, and that opens a large hall with the staircase.
