This luxurious classic style house of good taste is located in an exclusive residential area of ​​Gava Mar a few metres from a new prestigious British School. It is situated five minutes from the beach of Gava, one of the best beaches on the Catalonian coast thanks to its perfect east to west outstretch that offers more hours of sunshine than any other beach of the area. The waters here are very calm.

The house is located only fifteen minutes from the airport of Barcelona, the main airport of Catalonia, and between two motorways that run the coast to Tarragona and permit easy access to such historical cities like Sitges. Since Gava is situated close to the city centre of Barcelona, it has been converted into one of the best places to live or spend holidays with all the necessary commodities.

Even from outside of the house one can notice a solid and majestic setting accentuated by classic-style columns and a staircase in front of a small front garden decorated with palm and olive trees. Upon entering the house, one will find a spacious hallway leading to the kitchen and the dining room, with an elevator and access to the basement on the right and the main staircase with a statue and a large window with views of the back garden on the left.
