Located in the Terramar and Vinyet area of Sitges, in a very pleasant residential environment surrounded by large detached houses and some apartments. This area extends from the Terramar Hotel to the Old Town of Sitges.

Basically, it is possible to live just on the ground floor of the house, as there are the main bedrooms, the living room and the kitchen, where you find a traditional oven to make bread or pizza with the most authentic taste.
In the short part of “L” of almost seventy square meters, there is the master bedroom, a large suite with a dressing room and own bathroom with hydromassage bathtub. There are two other bedrooms in the house.
The entire ground floor offers large windows and access to the garden, connecting these spaces in order to enjoy nature. There is a covered outdoor terrace used as a dining room for almost the whole year.
On the top floor, there are three other spacious bedrooms and a second living room. It is a perfect place for guests to stay.
The large corner plot is well protected from neighbours thanks to the trees and shrubs that surround it and that guarantee absolute privacy of the house and turning it into an oasis with tropical plants.
