Exceptional luxury villa at the top of the Supermaresme

Thanks to its location above all the houses, this exceptional villa enjoys a magnificent panoramic view of the entire Maresme Coast. Facing the sea, the house also takes advantage of the incredible light offered by the Mediterranean. Thanks to a modern style, with large windows and curved design of the facade, it accentuates every corner of the interior of the house.

Without a doubt, a house differs from those around it, creating a sense of luxury and uniqueness by materials and finishes, interior and exterior designs, as well as being a green oasis as a scenery facing the sea, which is shown as an unattainable scenario only for our eyes.

Located on a plot of more than five thousand square meters, the house is distributed mainly on two floors that form six hundred square meters. Besides, there is a basement with storage rooms, gym and service rooms, a house with a swimming pool, sauna and hot tub, and a cinema room near the main pool.

The landscape design is also considered to the detail: In front of the main house, there is a wide, flat garden that ends with a steep slope under which we find a large rectangular fountain with jets of water and a staircase that leads to another wide garden. The left side of the plot, facing the sea, is higher than the main entrance of the house. In this part of the plot, we see another entrance for vehicles that leads to open parking by the pool. In this part, we find a path to a sports centre with a football field and tennis court outside the territory.

The main floor of the house is occupied mostly by a large living room, which occupies the entire width of the house with a completely glazed facade overlooking the covered terrace next to the garden. Separated into two spaces differentiated by the fireplace allows giving the living room different uses. On this floor, we also find a guest toilet and a suite bedroom next to the entrance. A modern kitchen with an island in the middle communicates with a daily dining room. From the kitchen, we can access a lateral terrace with the barbecue and the summer dining room, with a beautiful roof of green vines that give grapes every year.

On the top floor of the villa, we find all bedrooms, being the main one the most spectacular, with a large dressing room and design bathroom with a terrace with spectacular views.
