The house is situated only 100 metres from the beach called playa de Aro which is considered to be one of the most prestigious beaches on the Catalonian coast in one of the best coastal towns for summer holidays. It is an exclusive place that has been chosen many times as a summer vacation destination by the Spanish royal family.
