Lovely apartment on Sant Pol beach

The flat is situated less than 100 metres from one of the most exclusive and prestigious beaches of Costa Brava, one of the ten best beaches in Spain. It is one of the most emblematic and attractive touristic areas of the Catalonian coast thanks to its cultural wealth and the beauty of its coves. The place has served as an enclave for writers and artists such as Picasso and Dalí.

The town of S'Agaró where the apartment is situated is a place that many times has been chosen as the destination for summer holidays by the Spanish royal family. The tranquility and discretion of the place and the exclusivity of the area make it ideal for those who are looking for the Mediterranean climate and its amazing beaches.

Thanks to its location, wide streets that surround it and low height of the neighbouring buildings, the views from the windows of the house are panoramic. It is also the reason for much light and clarity all day long.

Although the living space of the flat is only 70 square metres, it is sufficient for a comfortable living with all the necessary commodities. Having entered the apartment, the first thing we will see is a living room with exit to the balcony. A sliding door separates the living room from a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table.

On the other side of the flat there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. One of the bedrooms has a double bed and built-in wardrobes. The other room is individual, is does not have a wardrobe.
