The house is located in a very quiet residential area in a small town called Premia de Dalt just thirty minutes from Barcelona and very close to the Maresme beach.
It is a light and spacious comfortable modern house with a garden and a swimming pool. The facade of the house is classic-styled, it has square windows and two columns on the both sides of the entrance. The back side of the house has a terrace followed by a garden under a balcony which also stands on columns.
There are two gardens: one behind the house and the other by one of its sides. The opposite side of the house serves as an access to a closed garage for three or four cars in the basement.
The house has a living space of 500 square metres on a territory of 1,300 square metres. The house was constructed recently, about ten years ago, which is why it is in a perfect condition.
A spacious hallway on the ground floor leads to a living-dining room and a full bathroom. The whole living room is southeast-oriented thanks to which it is light all morning and a part of the evening. Big glass doors of the living room connect it with a terrace and a garden with a swimming pool. The kitchen is spacious and light, it is also connected with the terrace as well as with a closed area for laundry and pantry. The ground floor has a bedroom now used as an entertainment and study area.
The first floor is dedicated to the bedrooms, all of which are distributed along a spacious hall. This floor accommodates four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The main bedroom has a private wardrobe and sea views. All the bedrooms, as well as the bathrooms, are very spacious and light.
The upper floor has a big attic room which is an open-plan area now used as a multimedia room and an office with sea views from one of its windows. The attic has a small storage room.
