The apartment is located within walking distance of the Anec Blau shopping centre, on one of the main streets of Castelldefels, where you can enjoy advantages of having everything in two steps and living in a well-connected location. Barcelona airport or British School are a few minutes drive away, and Castelldefels Beach is in a 15-minute walk.

With a practically southern orientation, slightly eastward, it offers a great luminosity in the large living room and the master bedroom throughout the day and the year, thanks to having also an unobstructed view.

When entering the apartment we do it to a large square hall, to the right of which we find the kitchen door, while facing directly the living room. The structure of the hall offers the possibility to add a double door that separates it from the living room and adds privacy. However, with actual distribution, we find a wide, luminous and diaphanous space. A rectangular and large kitchen has a marble countertop forming L. The kitchen connects with a storage room where we find a service space for the laundry and the water heater, with a large double window to the building's patio of lights.

The living room is a large almost rectangular space, although a little wider near the balcony and window. Upon entering the living room to the right we find a dining space and in front of the living room area. A small corridor leads us to the rest of the spaces of the apartment from the living room.

Initially two bedrooms were facing the street, but finally, it was decided to unite them with a purpose to give more space to the master bedroom, creating a large dressing room only for the suite.

The two bathrooms are spacious and in very good condition, one is in the master bedroom, while the other bathroom is in the corridor. Both bedrooms have built-in wardrobes.

The apartment is located in a large building constructed in 2001 with quality finishes, parking in the basement, elevator, commercial premises on the ground floor, indoor garden and a large communal swimming pool. But we find the advantage of being a modern building in details like the luminosity in the interior areas. Thanks to being an intermediate floor, having few neighbours above, offering large windows, and large indoor courtyards, the bedroom and kitchen overlooking an inner courtyard have a lot of light, in contrast to older buildings.
