Designer house close to the beach in Gava Mar

The house was built at the beginning of the 70's, it was a construction very different to other houses in Gava. The property was built by a Catalan architect devoted to the characteristic architecture of the Costa Brava. He himself designed and constructed three independent identical houses on a big parcel.

Not only the interior look of the property with its square shapes and certain disorder makes it look like one of the traditional houses located in the Costa Brava, but the avant-garde architecture which was so popular in the area in the seventies. Apart from being a house of architectural value, especially for the Mediterranean architecture lovers, the state of the property is original, so no renovation has been made since when it was constucted. The interior of the house as well as exterior installations need an integral renovation.

The house is perfectly located just 100 metres from the beach and 50 metres from the Public School of Gava Mar (la Escuela Pública de Gavá Mar), very close to the centre of Gava Mar. It is a very beneficial property even for the value of the land it stands on. There are 700 square metres of parcel located on a terrain with good orientation. It is an ideal place for building a new house in the area where detached houses are very expensive.
