The house is located in one of the newest townhouse residential complexes of Gavá Mar. The complex is situated less than 100 metres from the beach close to any type of institutions and services such as restaurants, gyms, schools, etc.
Thanks to many high pine trees characteristic of the area, the views from the front as well as the rear part of the house are very pleasant. Going up to the upper floor, one will be able to enjoy the views of the Mediterranean Sea peeking through the leafy green trees.
If we enter the house from the street, at first we will see a small garden preceding the townhouse located a bit higher than the street level.
