The house is situated in one of the best areas of Gavá Mar about 100 metres from the beach close to restaurants as well as public and international schools. The area has a great public city transport system connecting the town with Barcelona and the airport.
Many large pine trees surround the house and create a natural green space. The property is a large detached house of three floors with a swimming pool and a garden surrounding the building.
