Renovated traditional Catalan farmhouse (Masía) with vineyard

This historical Masia is located between Blanes and Tordera, on the border between the Costa Brava and the Maresme. In this area we find a lot of typical Catalan farmhouses in a traditional agricultural landscape.

This Masia was completely renovated outside and inside. The house is located on a large plot with a garden, two hectares of vineyard, swimming pool, fruit trees, wine cellar and guest house. Surrounded by green mountains and with the sea just in few kilometers. The house is perfect for big families that prefer to enjoy both - the privacy of the mountain and the proximity to the Costa Brava.

The main building is located in the southern part of the plot. To the north, we find the soccer field, guest house, horse stables and large bird cage with peacocks. The southwest part of the plot is occupied by the garden and the swimming pool, while in the southeast part there is a vegetable garden and a greenhouse. The northeastern part is occupied by vineyards, with different types of grapes, leading to the production of the three types of wines: white, rosé and red.

The wine production is carried out in a small cellar attached to the house with stone walls, wooden casks and a special air conditioning system to keep perfect temperature for wine.

The farmhouse has been recently renovated keeping in view some of the details that make it more characteristic with a cozy rustic style.

When we open the door we enter a large hall, typical for this kind of properties. On the first floor, there are three bedrooms and a bathroom. Crossing the hall, to the left you find the dining room, connected with the kitchen. Both spaces have multiple windows that allow you to exit to the outside terrace. In the south and west parts of the house there is a covered terrace, with several sun loungers and tables, so you can enjoy the outside most of the year. On the top floor of the house, there are two spacious bedrooms, each one with its own bathroom.

Within walking distance of the main house, behind the vineyard and tennis court, we find the guest house, with three small bedrooms, a bathroom, a lounge and its own kitchen, that can be used when there are numerous guests in the house. Although it could be an ideal space for the support staff that takes care of the property during the year.
