The apartment is situated the just in front of the seafront promenade of Barcelona in one of the most valued neighbourhoods where you find the newest and most modern buildings with equipment, swimming pool, parking, and excellent views.

The apartment is located in a building of the year 2015 so it is practically new, as it has not been used too much. It is very bright thanks to large and exterior windows in all bedrooms, as well as in the kitchen and one of the bathrooms. Only one of the two bathrooms is interior.
