The property is located in one of the most significant avenues of the city, right on the seafront. This district is one of the most modern in Barcelona and it completely changed its appearance about ten years ago with the construction of new and modern skyscrapers and high-level apartments with the privilege of enjoying fantastic views facing the sea.

The apartment is located on the seventh floor of the building, so you can enjoy a spectacular panoramic view of the sea and the City. In addition, thanks to the height The Coastal Ring Road (Ronda Litщral) is completely unnoticeable and unheard.

The building has few neighbours, just two per floor and two elevators, as well as parking space in the basement.

As we enter the apartment, we get into a cosy and luminous Hall. A small L-shaped corridor leads us from the hall to all other spaces. The apartment occupies the entire corner of the building, so all the rooms have windows with views.

The first door in the corridor leads to a professionally designed kitchen, with large U-shaped cabinets that give enough space to store and to cook. Next to the kitchen, we find the first bedroom. Currently, this bedroom is used as a studio and workplace, with a large book cupboard and a desk for two people. Thanks to a large window and its magnificent orientation this space is a bright and serene.

As the living room is located on the corner of the building it has several large windows towards both facades offering morning and afternoon light, as well as views of both the sea and the city. It is a large and quite square living room that offers the possibility to choose where to locate the living room and where the dining room.

Next to the living room, we find two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a large double bed and a wardrobe. The other one is located at the end of the apartment and has its own bathroom and a dressing room.

The apartment is in perfect condition thanks to the attentive care of its owners. The floor is wooden, except bathrooms and kitchen. It has gas heating and air conditioning.
