Apartment in a quiet area of the Eixample

The real estate is located in a very quiet and peaceful part of Industria Street, next to Passeig de Sant Joan, on the border of the Eixample and the District of Gracia, within walking distance of the Basilica of the Sagrada Familia one of the most visited places of Barcelona.
