Unforgettable sea and mountain views

The house is situated in the lower part of the city close to the beach in a town called Arenys de Munt. It is an exclusive private residential area with surveillance. Situated on a hill, it allows us to enjoy stunning views of different parts of the town. Since the residential complex is located only one minute from the highway, it will take you about thirty minutes to arrive to Barcelona. The port of Arenys with one of the yacht clubs of the area is located just one kilometer and a half from the complex.

It is a historical town with many old farmhouses very close to Sant Andreu de Llavaneres and Sant Vicenç de Montalt, two exclusive towns with golf fields and the Port of Balis.

The house is located on the higher part of the hill and it creates the illusion of that the border of the building forms a big mural which gives the feeling of strength and solidity.

The house was built in 1972, it was completely renocated less than ten years ago, preserving the original lovely rustic style and spaciousness of the building.

Close to the entrance to the house there are various open parking spaces on the left with room for six or seven cars and access to the closed inner parking with room for another four or five cars. At the end of the ramp there is a small terrace decorated with a tree. The terrace serves as an entrance to the house.

The ground floor has all the necessary rooms since it is a perfect place for leisure and entertainment.

On the left there is a big stately hall, on the right – two big bedrooms with private bathrooms. The main bedroom is located in front of the hall. It is twice as big as two other bedrooms. The room has exit to the garden through big glass doors with amazing views of the sea.

A corridor leading to an impresive big living room with sea views and exit to the garden precedes the entrance to the main bathroom. It has different areas with a piano, a pool table, a chess table, a chill out area with a chimney, a multimedia area, a small bar and a dining room with an amazing table for eighteen guests with incredible views of Arenys de Munt and a mountainous landscape divided by the river of Arenys.

Once can also get to a small bedroom which now serves an an office with exit to a terrace, a toilet, a kitchen and a staircase leading to the attic on the upper floor.

The garden is an idyllic place with great views and southern orientation. A swimming pool with salty wated is located at the lower level of the garden.

It is possible to enter the lower floor of the building though the parking, the inner staircase or even from the swimming pool garden. A gym and summer leisure area, a big winery, a rustic lounge and a service room are also located on this floor.

The house is equipped with all you need to live comfortably and enjoy the best views very close to Barcelona.
