The property is located in the charming town of Altea, one of the most important on the Mediterranean coast considered as a Cultural Capital of the Valencian Community.
The house is situated on the mountain, in the area of Altea la Vella, and offers spectacular views of the sea, mountains and the town.
Great attention to details, high-quality materials that were used in the decoration, unique ornament of each column and ceiling and thoroughly thought-out designer furnishing create an atmosphere opulence. The Palace style in interiors impresses with its luxury, wealth and splendour.
As we enter the house we find a large hall with double height and two stairs, one on each side, that descend with a slight curve like arms that catch you and immerse you in a history of kings and sultans.
As we cross the hall, we enter a spacious recalculated living room with large windows towards the terrace and the pool. To the left of the living room we find an office and to the right a distributor, which connects us with the first suite of the house, the kitchen and a large dining room.
On the upper floor of the house, there are bedrooms. All bedrooms have their own bathrooms, built-in closets or dressing rooms. Some of them have access to an incredible terrace.
The main room has almost 80 square meters. Here we find a dressing room, a bathroom, and a very spacious bedroom with access to your own private terrace.
Almost the entire roof of the house is converted into a 200-square-meter terrace offering panoramic views across Altea.
Moreover, a guest house is under construction now on the same plot. It will be smaller than the main one, but with similar distribution, the same number of rooms and good qualities in its finishes.
Altea is located in the province of Alicante, in the Autonomous Community of Valencia, north of Benidorm and south of Calpe. Just a half-hour drive from Alicante Airport.
The history of this town dates back to the first Greeks who came to the Iberian peninsula for trade. In addition to its beaches and places of historical and cultural interest, it always offers some of the best festivals. The city is also known as the artist’s capital, is the refuge of many artists, poets, painters, and sculptors since the creation of the Faculty of Fine Arts of Miguel Hernández University.
