Great house with spectacular views in Tossa de Mar

This great house is located in the highest part of Tossa de Mar, with spectacular views to the surroundings, the Bay of Tossa and the famous Castle. This town is very popular among travelers and tourists, thanks to lots of picturesque places and historical part.

The house is located in the highest part of the mountain, being the last house in the street, it borders directly with the forest, from where it also has a private exit to the mountain. The house was built on the mountain slope but separated from it with one-meter space, to maintain some isolation from the natural rock. It was built in the year 2000, using the latest technologies to make the structure very solid and to obtain high energy efficiency.

The garage and the entrance are located in few meters from the street. Walking up two steps we find a swimming pool zone. There is also a lift that automatically rises up to the main floor in case you are tired or don´t want to use stairs.

In the swimming pool zone, there is an interior space with a natural rock of the mountain as a wall. In this space, we find an area for entertainment and games, with bar and summer dining room. Moreover, there is a space for a gym.

On the main floor of the house there are a living and dining rooms, separated from each other by level change created by two steps. There is a large window that offers incredible panoramic views in all directions and exit to the terrace that joins all the spaces of this floor. In this floor there is also the master bedroom with suite bathroom and a large window to the terrace. The kitchen is spacious, u-shaped, with a place for a small table, and exit to the barbecue area. Next to the kitchen is a toilet.

Using a modern winding staircase situated in the living room we get to the upper floor where we find three double bedrooms and one triple, all with large wardrobes and exit to a terrace. There is also a large bathroom.

From here you can also exit to the other side of the house, at the top of the mountain, where we find another entrance, in case you decide to use a mountain road to reach the house. Also here is a garden.
