New apartment near the beach in Torredembarra

The house is situated only one kilometre and a half from the centre of Torredembarra, a coastal town located very close to Tarragona and Sitges, only 60 kilometers from Barcelona. It is a traditional fishing town which forms part of the medieval history of Catalonia. Although the structure of the town has been altered in order to convert it into a frequently visited touristic destination of the Costa Brava, it is still one of the towns putting much effort into preserving its identity and original structure.

This apartment with magnificent sea views located only 150 metres from the beach is situated at the beginning of the town in a quiet and uncrowded area where you can enjoy the sea with its calm waters and the sands that stretch to various kilometres to the both sides of the coast.

The apartment is located in one of the newest residential complexes of Torredembarra constructed in 2008 that has a communal area with two swimming pools, a children's pool and a big pool, as well as a garden area and a small children's playground.

The apartment is still completely new, it has not been used. Apart from the bathrooms, all the rooms of the apartment are south-east oriented. As the floor is of rectangular shape, the vertex of the apartment is south-oriented, which is why one side looks to the south-west and the other one is south-east oriented. The terrace and the living-dining room have views of the both sides.

The kitchen is situated to the right from the hallway at the entrance of the apartment. It is a big kitchen of approximately 10 square metres equipped with a refrigerator and other household appliances. It has enough space to place a small table there and convert it into a dining room. The kitchen has exit to a small terrace that can be used as a laundry area.

The other side of the hallway leads to other three spaces ot the house and a bathroom with a shower. There are two bedrooms, one of which is the main bedroom of 12 square metres with a private full bathroom and a built-in wardrobe. The smaller bedroom of 9 square metres is of an elongated shape and has two individual beds.

The living-dining room of approximately 20 square metres is the most outstanding part of the house since it has amazing sea views from the terrace as well as from the inside. It is an ideal place to have lunch or dinner with views of the Mediterranean.
