Terraced house with sea views by Sant Pol beach

This magnificent terraced house is situated very close to the beach, only 50 metres. The upper terrace of the house has magnificent sea views. It is an ideal place to enjoy summer in one of the most exclusive areas of the Catalonian Costa Brava.

The Sant Pol beach, situated between Sant Feliu de Guixols and S'Agaró, is one of the most popular tourist destinations as well as a famous place for spending summer vacation period for the locals. It has been hosting numerous ocasions and was visited by the kings and princes of Spain a couple of times.

The house is situated in a residential complex of terraced houses divided into two lines by a street. One of the lines is situated closer to the beach, the other is near the back side of the complex. Both lines share a communal area with a swimming pool and a garden. The complex disposes doormen and gardeners all year long. The streets of the complex are a closed area protected from outside access with a car, the garden area of the swimming pool is locked with a key letting only the owners access it and use it.

The entrance to the house leads to the first floor of the building where we can find a living-dining room with a chimney and exit to one of its terraces, a kitchen and a toilet. The living space of the floor is 80 square metres in total which makes it is spacious and comfortable.

Four bedrooms are situated on the ground floor. Two of them, one of which is a suite, have exits to the inner terrace. Two other bedrooms have exits to the outer terrace that is directly connected with the communal area of the residential complex. Two bedrooms are double and two are individual, each has a built-in wardrobe. A part of the stairwell is also used as an extra wardrobe in the corridor.

The upper floor has a washing machine and two terraces, one on each side. The main terrace has magnificent views that fill those who are having their vacations by the sea with peace and serenity.

The upper floor also has a conditioning system strategically installed over the stairs, thanks to which sinking cool air could be enjoyed from all the parts of the house. The bedrooms downstairs are not hot during summer and the terraces at the front and at the back of the house provide them with natural ventilation and the air of the Costa Brava. In this way, an ideal climate for enjoying hot summer vacations only at the beach is created.

The house is now in its original state, very well-preserved. It is equipped for those who want to rent it during the high season as well as for those who want to buy it. It also has a spacious parking place separated from the house.
