S'Agaró is a town to the north from Barcelona known for its beaches situated only one hour by car from the Catalonian capital, very close to Girona as well. It forms part of the Costa Brava which is historically famous for being a place where many actors, writers and artists spent their summer holidays during the last century.

The apartment is situated in a small residential complex of recent construction with very few neighbours and a very quiet communal zone with a swimming pool and a big long garden. As the flat is situated on the ground floor, the property has a big terrace of about twenty five square metres.

The interior of the apartment is small and complete, ideal for a small family that is looking for comfort and pleasant environment.
