The apartment is situated only 250 metres from the beach called playa d'Aro in the Catalonian Costa Brava. It is a priviliged touristic area of excellent atmosphere close to Sant Pol beach, one of the best beaches in Catalonia that many times has been chosen as a summer vacation destination by the Spanish royal family.
Since the duplex is situated on the upper floor of the building, it has magnificent sea, port and mountain views. Moreover, the high position of the flat provides it with light all day long.
