The house was constructed in 1979 by a famous architect Yago Bonet Correa in a daring design and an extremely modern construction for that time. The house was built in a cubic shape with white walls, it stands on an abrupt landscape and contrasts with a green garden surrounding it.

The house is situated in one of the best residential complexes of Lloret de Mar close to Tossa de Mar above Cala Canyelles cove. The best houses of the complex are located on the edge of the mountain, above a cliff with unforgettable sea views. The property also has one of the best locations of the area since is has views of the port of la Cala Canyelles on one side and sea views on the other.

The house is situated below the street level. Only the entrance to the parking area and one exterior parking space are located at the street level.
