The house is located in an extensive area of semi-detached houses 100 metres from the beach of Gava in front of Gimnasio Accura gym club and AC Mariot hotel. Although the houses were built in 2001, they are still the newest constructions in Gava with convenient space distribution, high ceilings, bigger rooms and living space in comparison with the majority of the properties of the area.
Since the house is located in a communal area, it has one of the biggest interior terraces of the complex which provides much privacy.
The entrance from the street leads to the main door on the front terrace of the house. Upon entering the property, one will see a light hallway leading to the kitchen with a window facing the garden and access to a toilet.
