Townhouse by the beach in Castelldefels

The house is located close to el Paseo Marítimo, a nice promenade in Castelldefels. It is one of the most modern townhouses in the area. It was constructed in the year 2007. There are various spacious and light rooms on all of its floors.

The property forms part of a small residential complex of just twelve houses with a cosy communal area with two swimming pools, one of which is a paddling pool, and a garden.
