This spacious apartment is located in Carrer Valencia, Barcelona, next to the Sagrada Familia and the Encants Vells Flea Market, in a very quiet and residential area of the Eixample district, with many shops and commercials next to the floor. Just in one street from the apartment there is Line 2 metro station, the purple one, and in three blocks there is a blue line, so you can quickly reach any part of the city.

It is a spacious apartment in a modern building with elevator. Originally there were four bedrooms, but after a full reconstruction, the current owner made two really large bedrooms. Upon entering the flat we get into a small entrance hall, where we find a door to the first bedroom, about 15 square meters, with wardrobe and air conditioning. There is also a window to the courtyard.

Both bedrooms are equipped with air conditioners. The entire floor is covered with laminate, making the apartment very cozy and warm.

This apartment has many possibilities to reform, such as to expand the kitchen or make the second bathroom thanks to having an access to a water downspout in the courtyard. Moreover, you can easily recover the original bedroom distribution, making three or four bedrooms apartment. There is also a possibility to connect the kitchen with the living room making a space more open and modern.

The other great amenity of the apartment is it´s central location with all kinds of shops and stores around, as well as places for leisure and relax.
