The apartment is located in one of the most emblematic districts of the city of Barcelona. Just in 100 meters from the magnificent Basílica i Temple Expiatori de la Sagrada Família, a work of a famous architect and the most visited place of the city.
The convenient location provides excellent transport links and easy access to the city's important locations. There are several bus lines and two metro lines, which help you to reach Plaza Catalunya and the city center in a few minutes.
Located on the fourth floor of a building built in the 20's, it has exceptional brightness. The living room is oriented to the southeast so that you have direct sun for most of the day and plenty of light from the sunrise to the sunset. While the bedrooms are oriented to the northwest, to a spacious and quiet courtyard.
Upon entering the house you get into a small receiver the left of which is the living room, about 15 square meters with two large windows and wooden floors. Through the window in the living room, you can see the top of the Sagrada Familia sticking out of the buildings un front.
