Our flat is located in el Eixample, in the area of Sagrada Familia named after one of the greatest Barcelona monuments. The colossal emblematic monument created by Gaudi is situated just 6 streets away from the property.

The residential streets of the district are very quiet. The area is known for its wide avenues and streets.

The property is located far from touristic areas which makes it a quiet and secure place to live.

Any type of neighbours can be found in la Sagrada Familia district: young people who just moved to Barcelona as well as families who have been living in Barcelona for many generations. The area offers everything one could ever need.

The district has tapas bars, supermarkets, cafes, fruit and vegetable markets as well as a large variety of shops creating vividness in the area and making it a convenient and practical place to live. It also has a market which could compete with the famous Boqueria, although the main difference between them is that the one in Sagrada Familia is located far from tourists. It offers bread, meat, fruits and vegetables.

The flat is very beautiful, cosy and light. It is situated on a very quiet street. It is situated on the sixth floor and its windows are looking out on to the interior patio of the building which gives it a great tranquility.
